After a short break, Tony Grant is back with episode 5 of The Journey. In this episode, Tony discusses his present situation and why or whether the decline and rebirth has commenced.

Throughout our lives, we have been offered conflicting information. During our childhood we were informed that we only had ourselves to blame! Then, as we grew older, we found comfort in the fact that perhaps it was indeed our parents that had created the monster within. Now however, maybe our parents did speak some truth, maybe we are the masters of our own destiny
and, whilst it is undoubted that we are affected by our childhood influences, we cannot live in the past and leave our worries parked there.

This episode of the Journey is quite reflective but, despite its appearance, is not solely about the narrator, it is about all of us at some time in our life.
